Satellite communications facilities of BRT Concern are capable of providing satellite broadcasting to all regions of the world.
Our SatCom facilities include the Space Communication Station located in Kalynivka (Makarivskyi district, Kyiv Oblast).
SCS “Kalynivka” includes two central receive/transmit earth stations.
Ku-band station (12.75-14.5 GHz is able to provide satellite transmission to two packages of television channels. Its technical parameters enable the station to operate in DVB-S/DVB-S2 with MPEG-2/MPEG-4 TS.
DBS-band station has the capacity to transmit two program packages to two transponders simultaneously, using BSS satellite services. The station is capable of operating in DVB-S with MPEG-2 TS or other standard of compression if it is performed on the Customer’s side.
These stations can be used to broadcast television and radio programs to any satellite in European area. They can also be used to arrange playout and backup of TV programs, including weather data backup for other transmit stations.
