Television infrastructure of BRT Concern includes:
BRT Concern provides distribution of all the TV channels which are broadcasted by the National Public Broadcaster of Ukraine, as well as all the other nationwide TV channels: “Studio “1+1”, PJSC "Inter TV Channel , International Commercial Television (ICTV), JSC “ International Media Center – STB”, television channel “Novyi Kanal”, television channel “Ukraine”, TV channel “TET”, SLUZHBA INFORMATSII TV Studio (NTN TV Channel), “Teleodyn”, Ltd (Music TV broadcasting service), Television and radio broadcasting company "Express-Inform", TV & Radio company "NBM", 'TVand Radio Organisation "Multi Media Service", TONIS, Ltd (PRIAMY), TV channel “MEGA”, and also most regional and local broadcasters throughout the territory of Ukraine.
According to the resolutions of the National Television and Radio Broadcasting Council of Ukraine No. 1724 – 1727, dated December 8, 2010, “Zeonbud” LLC was appointed as a provider and operator of the national digital terrestrial television network. Within DTT project BRT Concern was responsible for installing the required number of digital TV transmitters and antenna feed systems on its facilities.
BRT Concern and its branch offices have successfully deployed the installation of transmitters and antenna feed systems for “Zeonbud” DTT network.
Currently 130 transmission sites of BRT Concern are used for the full-time digital terrestrial broadcasting.
4 digital TV transmitters (power from 50W to 2000W) are installed at each site providing broadcasting of 32 programs in DVB-T2.
BRT Concern has proved to Ukrainian broadcasting market participants and the regulatory authorities its ability to successfully complete the tasks in due time under various conditions of funding. The specialists of BRT Concern have gained considerable experience in the deployment and operation of the digital networks on its own (YY2001-2006 in Kyiv, and in Y2009 in 9 regional centers of Ukraine) as well as in cooperation with third party providers (YY2008-2009 with JSC “UDTN” and Y2011 with “Zeonbud " LLC).
BRT Concern offers to its customers:
Installing TV and radio broadcast equipment on the Concern’s sites and providing comprehensive maintenance and support.
The advantages of BRT Concern:
- 417 radio and television transmitter stations located throughout the territory of Ukraine (76 of which are high-power);
- 1173 TV transmitters (210 of them are 1kW and above);
- over 500 antenna-mast structures (from 70 to 382 meters high) which hold antenna feed systems for transmitters;
- over 12 000 km of microwave radio relay links to deliver the signal to the transmitters.
